1 Services
The Yardsmith provides lawn care and landscape maintenance services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
2 Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are based on property size, condition, and scope of work
- Pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from the original estimate
- Additional services requested outside of standard maintenance will be quoted separately
3 Payments
- Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- We may offer weekly, monthly, or subscription billing options
- Late payments may result in service interruption
- The Yardsmith reserves the right to charge late fees where applicable
4 Scheduling & Cancellations
- Services are scheduled based on routing and availability
- Service days may change due to weather or operational needs
Client Cancellations
- We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Provider Cancellations
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
5 Property Access
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to the property
- Securing pets
- Removing obstacles (toys, hoses, debris)
- Unlocking gates
Failure to provide access may result in skipped service without refund.
6 Weather Policy
- Services may be delayed due to weather conditions
- We do not operate in unsafe or lawn-damaging conditions
- Delayed services will be rescheduled as soon as possible
7 Liability & Damages
While we take care in every service:
- The Yardsmith is not responsible for damage to hidden, buried, or unmarked items (sprinkler heads, wiring, décor, etc.)
- Normal wear from lawn care equipment is expected
- Any damage caused directly by our team will be addressed in a reasonable and professional manner
8 Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours
- We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue
9 Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- Property is not maintained to a serviceable condition
- Payment terms are not met
10 Changes to Terms
The Yardsmith may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
