Our standard weekly maintenance includes:
- Professional mowing with sharp, well-maintained blades
- Clean, defined edging along sidewalks, driveways, and beds
- String trimming around obstacles and structures
- Full blower cleanup of hard surfaces (driveways, patios, walkways)
- Visual inspection of lawn condition and overall property appearance
Every visit is completed with attention to detail and a clean, finished look.
❌ What's Not Included in Weekly Service
The following services are not included in standard weekly maintenance unless scheduled separately:
- Overgrown lawn recovery (first-time or neglected properties)
- Leaf removal or seasonal cleanups
- Bed weeding or landscape detailing
- Shrub trimming or tree work
- Irrigation repairs or adjustments
- Pet waste removal
These services can be added as needed and quoted separately.
🌧️ Weather & Scheduling
- Service days may shift due to weather conditions
- We do not mow in unsafe or damaging conditions (heavy rain, saturated lawns, etc.)
- Missed services due to weather will be rescheduled as soon as possible
Our priority is protecting your lawn while maintaining consistency.
🏡 Property Preparation
To ensure the best results, we ask that properties are prepared before service:
- Gates must be unlocked and accessible
- Pets must be secured indoors or in designated safe areas
- Lawn should be free of toys, hoses, and debris
- Pet waste should be removed prior to service
If the property is not accessible or prepared, service may be skipped or limited.
⚠️ Damage Policy
We treat every property with care and precision. However:
- We are not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked objects (sprinkler heads, wires, décor, etc.)
- Edging and trimming near delicate surfaces (fencing, soft stone, etc.) carries inherent risk
- Any visible damage caused by our team will be addressed promptly and professionally
